Picnic Pavilion & Restroom Facility
- Pre Engineered Metal Building for the pavilion is fully erected.
- Roof metal panels are complete.
- Masonry & wood trusses installed for restroom.
- Interior work such as painting and mechanical, electrical and plumbing trim, installing specialties and millwork to continue through May. Exterior work such as siding and stone veneer will start at the end of April and continue until May.
Recreation Building
- Foundation and slab complete.
- Masonry walls through April.
- Steel erection through May.
- Roofing/waterproofing into June.
- Interior work such as metal stud framing will start in July. Other finishes will not begin until building dry in which is projected to be in August.
Pool Area
- Pool excavation & shell complete.
- Final plumbing/slab work ongoing.
- Final finishes Oct–Nov.
- Sitework & Civil Improvements.
- Major utilities completed.
- Grading, paving, lighting July–Oct.
- Sidewalks, fencing in August.
- Final signage by mid-Oct.
