Recreation Building
Exterior Progress:
• The main roof has been installed, and crews are completing the remaining metal details.
• The shingle roof is finished, and gutters and downspouts will be installed soon.
• The stone veneer is nearly complete and should finish within the next week.
• Cementitious siding and trim are ongoing and expected to be complete in about a week.
• Storefront framing began this week, with glass installation expected to follow and be complete within 2–3 weeks.
• Sitework crews have remobilized to install stormwater piping for roof drain leaders and tie-ins, and grading has begun in preparation for sidewalks and the exterior patio.
• The painter is following behind the siding crews to maintain steady exterior progress.
Interior Progress:
• Overhead MEP work should be complete within the next week.
• Drywall hanging and finishing are ongoing, and painting of the exposed structure is underway. Painting of walls and soffits will follow.
• Ceiling grid installation is expected to begin next week, followed by light fixtures and ceiling trim.
• The secondary electrical service has been pulled into the building, and the main panel is now energized.
• Once exterior grading is complete, we will pour concrete pads for the mechanical units, which will allow us to proceed to mechanical startup.
