Despite the challenges of Florida’s July heat, significant progress continues on our construction project. Crews have completed the roof dry-in and are installing upper wall waterproofing, expected to be finished mid-week. Exterior metal framing is also set for completion this week, along with continued work on exterior DensGlass sheathing around select doors and windows.
Inside, the plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler, and HVAC rough-ins are moving forward and will be completed in just a few weeks. At the pool area, final plumbing under the slab begins this week, with concrete placement and finishing for the pool deck scheduled shortly after.
Excitement is building as we near the start of drywall installation on walls and soffits. Our crews have gone above and beyond, working weekends and late evenings to stay on track. Their dedication ensures steady progress despite the summer heat, bringing us closer to the finish line each day.
