Moosehaven is seeking a full-time general maintenance technician for the day (8-5) shift. This position requires a valid Florida driver’s license. This position assists in various areas inspecting, repairing and servicing of Moosehaven’s facilities. Applicant(s) should have knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair, preventive maintenance, lawn care and able to help in a warehouse setting. All candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and submit to a background check.

Campus Activities Director
Moosehaven is seeking a campus activities director with senior living experience. This position is responsible for planning and implementing a group activity based program to include creative activities such as arts, crafts and music, as well as exercise programs and large campus events. The position will assist in promotion of facilities and community interaction. Candidate will also recruit, train and supervise volunteers. Moosehaven’s activities program is intended to maintain or improve the resident’s physical, social, cognitive and daily living skills. Candidates should be experienced in senior living activities. Minimum educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalency. A 2 year or 4 year college degree in a related field or certification as a therapeutic recreation specialist or as a certified activities professional by a recognized accrediting body is preferred. Candidates should be professional, energetic and willing to provide excellent customer service. Proficient skills in MS Office programs and other computer software are required.
Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for administration of company-wide Human Resources policies and procedures including performance management, corrective actions and internal investigations, talent review and organization changes. In the position the incumbent will be responsible for evaluating employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies and making sure that all employee-related policies in each department align with corporate goals and established regulations.
